Befundo support
Befundo keeps a family’s classes, messages and schedules in one place. It is operated by DKYS LLC d/b/a Befundo.

Email support@befundo.ai and a person will answer. If you are writing about something that went wrong in one of the apps, the version number is on the Profile screen under Me — quoting it saves a round trip.
Devices
Befundo works in any current web browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. The iPhone app also runs on iPad and iPhone Duo, and needs iOS 18 or later; the Android app needs Android 8 or later. It is one account everywhere, so anything you do on one device is there on the others.
Getting an account
Befundo is invitation-only at the moment. Accounts are created on the website before the apps can be used, so if you have not been invited yet the apps will not let you in. Email us and we will tell you when that changes.
Your data
You can delete your account, and your children’s, from inside the apps: Me → Account → Delete account. On the web it is at the foot of the account page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
