Ask Befundo for your business
The Befundo team · July 8, 2026 · 3 min read

Ask Befundo is the button in the corner of every page. For a business on the Growth plan or above, it has two tabs that work on your business: Classes, which writes, and Teaching, which answers.
The quick answer
- Classes drafts a class from a sentence, or improves a listing you already have.
- Teaching answers questions about the classes you run, like when they meet and how many are enrolled.
- Nothing changes until you approve it. Every change comes as a card with Yes, do it and No.
- It's part of Growth and up. Ask Befundo for families is free and a different thing.
Draft a class from a sentence
- Press Ask Befundo and choose Classes.
- Describe the class, for example: "Beginner Spanish for 6 to 8 year olds, online on Saturday mornings. Greetings, numbers and colors through songs and games."
- Read the card it shows. It lists the fields it would fill in: the title, the description, what they'll learn, and who it's for.
- Press Yes, do it, or No and tell it what to change.

The class is created unlisted, with no price or schedule. You add those and list it when you're ready. It won't invent what a class includes or requires: what it doesn't know, it leaves for you.
Ask about your classes
Teaching reads the classes you run: their schedules and how many are enrolled. It never gives children's names. Try "How many are enrolled in each class?" or "When does Chess Club meet?". It can also propose putting a class on hold or making it active again, on the same approval card.
It won't guess how able a child is, and it doesn't act on its own.
What it will never do
No tab can enroll anybody or remove anybody from a class. Saying "just do it" doesn't skip the card either: the press is always yours.
If you're not on Growth
The tabs are still there, and a message says your plan doesn't include the assistant. Plan & billing in your business menu is where to change that.
Good things to ask
- Classes: "Write a listing for my Saturday art class for 7 to 10 year olds."
- Classes: "Make the description of Chess Club shorter and clearer."
- Teaching: "Which of my classes meet on Tuesdays?"
- Teaching: "Put the summer art class on hold."
Each change comes back as a card for you to approve. A question comes back as an answer.
Common questions
Can my instructors use it? Yes. Instructors get the Teaching and Classes tabs too, for the business they teach for.
Will it tell me about a particular child? No. Teaching works with your classes and how many are enrolled, never with children's names.
Try it
