For the people who teach: enrollment, scheduling, getting paid.

Running classesBring your students over from Excel or your old systemYour list of families already exists somewhere: a spreadsheet, a class app, your phone. How to get it out as a CSV file and into Befundo, matching the columns yourself or with AI.
Running classesSet up your business in one sittingA new business on Befundo gets a step-by-step setup: your details, your first class, your families. Three steps are required, and you can stop at any point.
Running classesWhiteboard or share screen? Two ways to show a class something in a live lesson. The whiteboard is for drawing live; Share screen is for everything else. Here is why the difference matters.
Running classesYour class, liveHow a live class runs on Befundo: the room opens five minutes before, the teacher starts it with one press, and families join from the same places they already look.
Running classesHow to start a tutoring business: your first ten familiesYou don't need a website or software budget to start. What you do need, in the order you need it, and how to set it up on Befundo in an afternoon.
Running classesPricing your classes without guessingPer session, per month or per term? How to choose a price and a payment schedule families understand, and how to show both on your class page.
Running classesImport your roster and invite familiesBring the families you already teach onto Befundo from a spreadsheet, or share a class link. Either way, the parent chooses: an import invites, it never enrolls.
Running classesTeaching online, in person, or bothWhen online teaching works, when it doesn't, and how to run either one, or a mix of both, without juggling three different tools.
Running classesTell every family at onceClosed for the holiday, a room change, a reminder that matters today: an announcement reaches every family and notifies them. Here's when to use it, and when a post is better.
Running classesKnow who has paid, without chasingBefundo doesn't take payments. It keeps your ledger: what each family owes from your class prices, what's arrived, and a way for families to tell you they've paid.
Running classesHandling requests to join and to leaveSome classes let families register straight away; others ask you first. And once a class has started, a family asks to leave. Here's where those requests land and how to answer.
Running classesHomework families actually doSet work from the class with a type, a due date and something to do. It lands on each family's Tasks page, and you see who's done it.
Running classesPut your classes on your own websiteYour business gets a public page with all your classes, and a widget that shows them on your own website. Both link families straight to registration.
Running classesWhy registers matter more than you thinkTaking attendance is two minutes that answers a dozen questions later — including some you would rather not have to answer.
Running classesWriting an end-of-term report parents will readSpecific beats glowing. A short note about one real thing beats a paragraph of adjectives — and on Befundo, the family reads it where they already look.
Running classesBringing in another instructorInvite an instructor by email, assign them to the classes they teach, and they can run those classes day to day. The business-wide things stay with you.
Running classesFilling a class that is half emptySix things that work, roughly in order of how quickly they work — starting with the families you already have.
