Ask Befundo: "When is Maya's next class?"

The Befundo team · September 6, 2026 · 2 min read

Ask Befundo is the button in the corner of every page. For families it answers questions about your own household: which classes, when, what's waiting for you. You ask the way you'd ask a person.

The quick answer

  • It's free for families. There's a daily limit on messages, and that's all.
  • It knows your family and nobody else's. It reads your children, your classes, your schedule and your invitations.
  • It proposes; you press the button. Nothing changes until you approve it.

Ask it something

  1. Press Ask Befundo in the bottom corner of any page.
  2. Pick the Family tab.
  3. Type a question, for example "When is Maya's next class?", and send it.

The answer comes from your own calendar: the class, the day and the time. It links to the class so you can open it.

Ask Befundo's Family tab answering "When is Maya's next class?" with the class name, day and time

What it can see

It reads the same things your dashboard shows you:

  • your children
  • the classes they're in, and their schedule
  • invitations waiting for you
  • the routines you've set

It doesn't see money, and it can't see anyone outside your household. Other families' children are simply not there to be asked about.

What it can change

Very little, on purpose. It can't register anybody for a class, answer an invitation or record anything about a child.

The one change it can make is adding a child to your household, and only with your approval. It shows the change on a card headed This would change something, with Yes, do it and No. Saying "just do it" in the chat doesn't skip the card.

When it doesn't know

It says so, rather than guessing. Every answer carries a reminder that AI-generated content may be incorrect. For anything it can't help with, Help in the menu has guides, the FAQ and a way to reach a person.

The other tabs

Find classes searches classes on Befundo in plain words, like "swimming on Saturdays near me". Help answers questions about how Befundo works. Neither needs a plan, and neither can see anything about another family.

Good questions to try

  • "What's on this week?"
  • "Which classes is Theo in?"
  • "Do I have any invitations waiting?"

Common questions

Can it see my messages? No. It reads your children, their classes and schedule, your invitations and your routines, and nothing else.

Can it book a class for me? No. Its Find classes tab can find one and link you to it, but registering is always your own press on the class page.

Try it

Press Ask Befundo on your dashboard, choose Family, and ask when your child's next class is.
