Keeping track of several activities without a group chat

The Befundo team · September 6, 2026 · 2 min read

One activity is easy to keep track of. By the third, they come from different providers, each with its own app, group chat and email. Things slip through: the cancelled session, the permission slip, the change of time.

The quick answer

  • One place per child, not one per provider.
  • Put the schedule in the calendar you already use, and let it update itself.
  • Keep your own reminders next to the class ones, so there's one list to check.

One page per child

On Befundo, each child has their own page: today, this week, their classes, their routines and their calendar, from every provider that uses Befundo. The piano teacher's note and the soccer club's time change show up in the same place.

Your calendar, kept up to date

You can subscribe to your Befundo calendar from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. When a provider moves or cancels a session, the change appears in the calendar you already use.

Homework and permission slips

When a class sets homework, a form or a permission slip, it appears on your child's page with its due date, and the teacher can see who has responded. No more digging through a group chat.

Your own to-dos, beside theirs

Some things are yours: "pay for the summer term", "buy shin guards". Add them as to-dos with a date, and Befundo reminds you on the day. If you like, a morning note can list the day's classes.

A journal, just for the family

Some things are worth writing down: a first song, a good game, a hard week. You can keep a journal entry to yourself, or share it with your child's other parent or the family. Providers never see it.
