Questions worth asking before you enroll
The Befundo team · August 1, 2026 · 2 min read

Most of these are easy questions that get harder the longer you leave them. Asking before you pay is normal. Asking in week five feels like a complaint.
The quick answer
- Check the class page first. Price, ages, the schedule, what it covers and what's needed are usually there.
- Ask the rest before you register. The business's page has its contact details.
- A provider who is put out by these questions has told you something useful.
About the class
- How many children, and how many adults?
- What happens if we miss a week: is there a catch-up, or is it just missed?
- Is there a performance, competition or exam later on, and is it optional?
- What does my child need to bring, and what does that cost?
About the money
- Is it per term, per month or per session, and when is it due?
- What happens if we stop halfway?
- Are there costs beyond the fee, such as a uniform, competition entry or an end-of-year show?
About the people
- Who actually teaches it week to week? The person you meet first isn't always the person you get.
- What checks have the adults had?
What the class page already tells you
On Befundo, a class page shows what the business filled in:
- the price, and how often it's charged
- the ages it's for
- where and when it runs
- what your child will learn, what the course includes, and what they need
- the syllabus, and how far through it the class is
Anything missing is worth asking. A provider who has thought about it will have the answer ready.

Fees, dates and what a class expects should be on the class page before you ask. When they're not, ask.
